Life is a journey, the destination is up to you.
Whatever the mind can conceive, it can achieve.

Welcome!
My name is Sarah Bran de León. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist. I am trained in an advanced hypnosis technique called 5 PATH which gets consistent results. I am also a certified 7th path self-hypnosis instructor and member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
I am very passionate about what I do and want to help others achieve all they want to achieve, and be the person they were always meant to be. Most people think of hypnosis as programming the mind. In my work and experience I have learned that I am not doing so much programming, as I am deprogramming.
Through life experiences, we are taught to believe certain things about ourselves that are not accurate. Most of our beliefs are formed with a child's perspective. And children have an amazing capacity to personalize what happens to them.
Some examples are:
If a child's parents get divorced a child might feel that it was his or her fault, that if they were good enough, better behaved etc.. it wouldn't be happening.
Or a child victim of sexual abuse can feel huge amounts of shame. Feel that they were somehow responsible for what happened to them. As adults we can see that in no way is a child ever responsible. But that person can still feel that weight and burden of shame on them and at the same time know intellectually that there is nothing to feel shame about.
And an even more common one, that happens to us all, is a parent's frustration with a child for maybe spilling milk. And a parent getting mad and yelling and maybe saying "Bad boy" or "Bad girl." A child can hear that and believe that there really is something wrong with them, that they really are "bad". The child does not have the maturity to realize that their parent might have had a tough day and were really mad about something else.
Hypnosis can change those fears mis perceptions and limiting beliefs and help align them with a more accurate perspective.
Hypnosis has been proven to help tremendously with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress and stress-related illnesses such as headaches, fibromyalgia and IBS. As well as motivation, weight loss, smoking cessation and much more.
"The good news is that the moment you decide that what you know is more important that what you have been taught to believe, you will have shifted gears in your quest for abundance. Success comes from within, not from without."
--Ralph Waldo Emerson
